Simple Photoshop Address Update

I have a single image file that only needs one small tweak: replace the existing address with a new one while keeping the font, size, alignment, and overall look perfectly intact. The background is clean and there’s no intricate retouching required—just a precise text swap so the change is completely unnoticeable.

Please work non-destructively, ideally in a layered PSD, and then supply both the editable PSD and a flattened version in the original file type. Accuracy and a quick turnaround are my priorities; the update itself shouldn’t take long for someone comfortable in Photoshop.
