Simple 3D Image Creation [Big Job - 50 Assets Needed] - Submit Concept & Pricing

Hi Freelancers!
I need a 3D design specialist who can create 50 image files for all the states in the United States. The image attached was generated by AI and will not work. Current file does not look good. I want to make it look more like New York state and have the image filled in. Please submit an example of New York State along with an estimate (price per state or total cost) to create the additional 49 states.
Attached sample was made using React Three Fiber - 3D rendering engine (built on Three.js) but feel free to choose any 3d rendering software to create.
Tech Requirements:
Terminal/Matrix aesthetic with lime green (`#00ff00`) wireframe styling
Interactive 3D model with floating, rotation. Interactive controls - OrbitControls for mouse rotation.
200px and right panel at 360px
Format: `.obj`, `.stl`, `.gltf`, or `.fbx`
Size: Under 2MB for web performance
