Simple Character Swap Photoshop Edit

I have two source images ready to share: one contains the character I want to isolate, the other is the background where that character should appear. Your task is to cut out the subject cleanly, place and scale it so the pose and perspective feel natural in the new scene, then apply a light overall colour correction so the composite looks like it was shot as one photo.

Because this is strictly for personal use, realism matters more than flashy effects; no extra retouching is needed beyond what keeps edges crisp and tones consistent. Please work non-destructively and return the file as a layered PSD so I can tweak or hide layers later if I wish. A quick flattened JPEG preview would be handy, but the PSD is the required deliverable.
