Scanned Document Restoration & Re-Typing -- 2

I have a single scanned paper document that needs to look as if it were never damaged in the first place. The file shows faded colours and a few visible tears. Your task is twofold:

• Photoshop (or an equivalent editor) work to bring the page back to life: colour correction to restore the original tones, meticulous tear repair, and any subtle touch-ups necessary to achieve a crisp, print-ready finish.

• Manual re-typing of every word exactly as it appears—no modernising or correcting the language—so I receive a clean, error-free digital text file that mirrors the original layout and punctuation.

Deliverables
1. A high-resolution, fully restored image (PNG or TIFF).
2. A precisely typed text document (DOCX or plain text), matching the source line for line.
