Resize Flag Design Artwork

I already have the finished artwork for the flag in a medium-sized PNG file (between 1 – 5 MB). All I need now is for that graphic to be dropped into my print template and scaled perfectly to 26 × 107 (units) so the printer can run it without further tweaks. Please keep the original proportions, avoid any loss of quality, and convert the file to print-ready CMYK with proper bleed and safe zones.

Deliverables
• Template file updated to 26 × 107, layered if possible (AI/PSD)
• Press-ready PDF at 300 dpi, CMYK, with bleeds
• Quick confirmation that the final dimensions match the template specs exactly
