Residential Brochure Content & Layout

I’m launching a new residential development and need a polished marketing brochure that instantly appeals to potential buyers or renters. You’ll take a folder of raw materials—architect drawings, spec sheets, and a handful of renderings—and transform them into an eye-catching, print-ready brochure.

Here’s what I’m looking for: engaging copy that highlights lifestyle benefits, expertly retouched photos or stock selections to fill any visual gaps, and a clean, modern layout that guides readers from the cover through amenities, floor plans, and contact details. The final file must be press-ready (CMYK, 300 dpi) and supplied as both an editable InDesign package and a high-resolution PDF.

To make sure we stay on track, please include:
• A quick content outline so I can verify key selling points before full copywriting begins
• Two layout concepts for the opening spread; once one is approved, apply that style across the brochure
• Up to three revision rounds covering both copy and design
