I need the blood splatter that appears on the “0 dollar” bill copied with precision onto a 1 euro bill. I’ll send you the exact 1 euro scan to work from; please leave every element of that note untouched except for the added blood. Placement, size, and density of each splatter must mirror the reference so the two bills feel like part of the same series, right down to the borders.
The finished file has to be a high-resolution JPEG, identical in dimensions to the image I provide. Before we finalise, I’d like to see a low-res or water-marked sample to be sure alignment and colour tone are spot-on.
