Rental Property Photography Shoot
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m preparing a 3–4-bedroom house for the rental market and need a photographer who can showcase the space at its best. Because this shoot is strictly for a rental listing, every image has to help prospective tenants visualise themselves living there—clean, bright, and true-to-life.
What I need from you
• High-resolution interior and exterior photos, covering each bedroom, the main living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, and any standout features such as the yard or porch.
• A balanced mix of wide-angle room shots and detail close-ups so the listing feels both spacious and authentic.
• Basic colour correction and light retouching to ensure consistency across the set.
• Final delivery as web-ready JPEGs plus an archive of full-resolution images, all organised by room.
Timing & logistics
The house is ready to photograph; daylight hours are preferred to keep post-processing minimal. Let me know your availability this week, the approximate shoot duration you anticipate, and how long you’ll need for editing.
Acceptance criteria
The project is complete once I receive the full image set (web and high-res), each framed level and correctly exposed, with no heavy HDR or obvious filters.
