Remove Watermark and Add Text

I have a single image that needs two quick but precise tweaks. First, the existing watermark/text must be removed cleanly so no trace of it remains. Once the image is spotless, I want my own custom wording placed in its place. I’ll supply the exact copy and any font preferences as soon as we start.

Please keep the original resolution intact and return the final file in both a high-quality JPEG (for immediate use) and an editable PSD or layered PNG so I can adjust the text later if needed. If you normally work in Photoshop, Affinity, or similar tools, that’s perfect.

Speed is appreciated, but a seamless, natural result is the priority.
