Remove Lines From Document Photo

I have a single photo of a document that shows distracting page-style lines across the image. I’d like those lines removed cleanly so the text and background look seamless and natural. This is strictly for my own personal records, but I still need a crisp, high-resolution result—no artifacts, halos, or obvious blur patterns.

You may use Photoshop, Affinity Photo, GIMP, or another professional retouching tool as long as the final file remains sharp at the original resolution. The finished deliverable should be:

• An edited JPEG or PNG at the same (or higher) resolution as the original
• All page lines invisibly removed while preserving every letter and any subtle shadows or gradients

I’ll supply the original file as soon as we start; please return the cleaned version plus, if possible, a layered file so I can see the non-destructive workflow.
