Remove Line From PDF

I have a text-based PDF that contains one stray line of text which needs to disappear completely. I’ll send you the original file; your job is to take it into Photoshop (or any comparable tool you prefer) and erase that single line so the area blends flawlessly with the existing background—no evidence it was ever there.

Please return the file in PDF format, keeping the same page size, resolution, fonts, and overall layout intact. The edit should be invisible at normal reading zoom. If anything looks even slightly off, I’ll ask for a quick revision, but I expect this to be a straightforward task for someone comfortable with layer masking, content-aware fill, or other clean-up techniques in Photoshop.
