Redraw Logo to Layered PSD

I will send you a single high-resolution JPG of my logo and need it reproduced pixel-perfectly in Photoshop. The final PSD must mirror the original artwork exactly—same colours, dimensions, bevels, gradients, and any subtle effects—but with each element isolated on its own layer. Text, graphical icons, background, and every minor component should be independently editable so I can tweak colours or wording later without affecting other parts.
