Recreate Logo as PSD

I have a single PNG of my logo that is too small for print and larger digital uses. I need it redrawn pixel-perfect in high resolution and supplied as a fully layered Photoshop (PSD) file so I can edit colours and text later if needed.
Please match the existing design exactly—no alterations, tweaks, or extra colour versions are required. When you hand it over, the PSD should be neatly organised with labelled, editable layers (background, text, icons, effects, etc.) and set to a resolution suitable for both web and print.
