Receipt on Wood Table Background

I have a high-resolution receipt saved as a JPEG/PNG and a separate wood-table photo that I’ll supply. All I need is the receipt neatly overlaid onto that table so it looks naturally placed—no extra edits to the wood surface are required.
Please keep the table image exactly as provided; simply position, scale, and, if necessary, softly shadow the receipt so the final composite feels realistic and print-ready. I’ll need the finished piece returned in both layered PSD (or Affinity/Sketch equivalent) and flattened PNG formats so I can make future tweaks if required.
