Rebuild Football Jersey Design for Production

I’m looking for a **manual rebuild** of a football jersey design for **apparel production**.

**Key requirement:**
The rebuilt file must be **visually identical** to the supplied reference artwork. No design changes.

### Deliverables

* **Master PSD** (Photoshop)
* **All elements on separate layers**, including:

* Jersey silhouette (master mask)
* Base fabric color
* Diagonal stripe
* Collar trim
* Sleeve trim
* Each logo/icon on its own layer
* All text and numbers on separate layers
* Logos and graphics placed as **embedded Smart Objects**
* No effects (no shadows, glows, gradients)
* Clean transparency throughout
* Factory-safe layer naming

From the PSD, please also export:

* **Layered TIF** (layers preserved, no background)

### Technical Notes

* This file will be sent directly to a **manufacturing factory**
* Artwork must be suitable for **sublimation / apparel printing**
* Edges must be clean at scale
* Colors should be flat and editable

I will provide:

* Reference artwork
* Logo/font reference image (original vectors do not exist; redraw required)

Please confirm:

* Estimated turnaround time
* Cost
* That you’re comfortable delivering a **production-ready apparel PSD**
