Realistic Two-Person Photo Merge

I have two separate photos of different people and need them combined so it looks as if they posed together in a single shot. The final result must feel completely natural and realistic—no “cut-out” edges, mismatched lighting, or obvious composites.

What I already have
• Both high-resolution source images
• A clear vision of where each person should appear in the frame
• A preference to keep the original background exactly as it is

What I expect from you
• Seamless head-to-toe blending, with careful attention to skin tones, shadows, and perspective
• Consistent color grading so both subjects match the scene’s ambient light
• Subtle retouching (blemish removal, exposure balancing) only where it helps the realism
• Delivery of one high-resolution merged JPEG/PNG plus the layered working file (PSD or equivalent)

Experience in Adobe Photoshop (or similar professional editor) is essential. If you can quickly share one or two past examples of realistic photo composites, that will help me choose faster.

Timeline: I’d like to review an initial draft within 48 hours, with final tweaks wrapped up shortly after.
