Realistic Skier Photo Composite into new picture I have

I already have two high-resolution files: a clear action shot of a skier and a separate landscape that will serve as the new background. I need them blended seamlessly so the final scene looks as if it was captured in one perfect moment. Please match lighting, shadows, and colour grading between the two sources for a natural result, and preserve full image quality—no visible cut lines or resolution loss.
My end goal is a single, print-ready image that can also be used online. Photoshop or an equivalent pro-level editor is expected; non-destructive, layered work is preferred so I can tweak later if needed.
