Realistic Retouch of AI Portraits

I have three AI-generated portraits of myself that still carry the tell-tale signs of synthetic rendering—clay-like skin, an overly smooth airbrush finish, and a hint of plastic shine. What I need is a subtle, expert retouch that convinces anyone these are straight-from-camera shots.
Priority #1 is natural skin texture. Pores, tiny hairs, the barely-there gradients of color—all of it should come through authentically. Please keep every mole, freckle, or other unique mark exactly where it belongs; I want those real-life imperfections preserved, not polished away. Beyond that, ensure lighting feels organic and color tones stay true to life so the photos don’t slip into that uncanny, hyper-saturated look many AI images suffer from.
