Realistic Retouch of AI Portrait

I have a portrait that was generated with an AI tool, and at first glance it still feels too synthetic. I need your eye for realism to push it over the line so it can pass for a genuine photograph.
The core image, including the background, must stay intact—I like the setting exactly as it is. Your job is to work on the subject only: refine skin texture, hair, lighting, and any tell-tale smoothness or artifacts until the picture looks like it was captured through a real lens. Think subtle pores, slight imperfections, natural color shifts, and believable depth.
I’m comfortable with you using Photoshop, Lightroom, or any other professional-grade editor you prefer, as long as the final result looks undeniably real.
Please replace logos on signs in the AI image with the logos provided.
