Real Estate - Hi Resolution Architectural Renders - AI MidJourney

I have a set of images of a rural property with an older house. I want to create some high-resolution, photo-realistic images of a modern architectural home to replace it. The photos will be from angles outside and from the inside looking out. The perspectives of the existing images need to be maintained. I have utilised ChatGPT to commence the process and to provide an example of the style I am after, but it needs a more sophisticated review and a few cycles of tweaks to get right. It probably suits work in MidJourney. The main idea is to get it the perspectives and layout right and fitting into the existing images so it looks realistic....

Source Images
- Sample images are supplied which will be the background to utilise (examples attached)
- I have many additional images if they are required as input to train the image model
- The sample outputs are the last 2 images attached.

Required Outputs
- 4-5 views of the modern house, outside, drone shots looking down, inside looking out etc.
- Once the final outputs are agreed on, we will put some text on them to explain it is a render

Potential Future Project
- If you have skills in AI video, we can potential complete a short project to integrate the new renders into an existing video - like a video panning over the new house etc...

Make sure you are competent with MidJourney.... just recycling back into a generalised AI wont be sufficient, we will need to do a number of iterations from the same starting point..
