Real Estate Photo Enhancement
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I have a batch of real-estate photos that must pop instantly on listings and social media. Each image needs a full enhancement pass—balancing brightness and contrast, sharpening key details, enriching colours, and lifting any muddy shadows—while steering the overall palette toward warmer tones for a welcoming feel.
The source files will arrive as high-resolution JPEGs; please keep that resolution intact and return both a final JPEG and, when possible, a layered PSD so I can tweak minor items later. An annotated before/after preview for each shot will help me approve quickly.
Timing matters: once I send the raw files, I need the edited set back within 24 hours. Quality is non-negotiable, so use whatever workflow you prefer—Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One—so long as the images remain crisp, natural, and ready for MLS upload.
Acceptance criteria
• Exposure, contrast, sharpness, colour, and shadow adjustments visibly improved
• Warm tone bias without colour casting on whites or neutrals
• No halos, banding, or artefacts at 100 % zoom
• Final JPEG + layered PSD (same pixel dimensions as originals)
• Delivery link provided within the agreed 24-hour window
