Professional YouTube Thumbnail Designer for Documentary Channels
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We are building a network of long-form YouTube documentary channels (history, mythology, cosmos, dinosaurs, and ancient mysteries).
We are looking for a professional thumbnail designer who meets the following:
Work exclusively in Photoshop (no Canva or amateur tools).
Ability to create cinematic, eye-catching thumbnails optimized for high CTR on YouTube.
Skilled at using high-quality realistic or illustrated images, advanced color grading, lighting, and composition.
Capable of maintaining a consistent visual identity (fixed palette, typography, branding per channel).
Proven experience designing thumbnails for large YouTube channels or professional projects.
Workload
Initial phase: ~15 thumbnails per channel.
Ongoing: 1 thumbnail per channel, per day (4 active channels and growing).
Possibility of working with multiple designers (1 per channel) or with one designer handling a high volume.
Requirements
Portfolio is mandatory (showing YouTube thumbnails, preferably in documentary / history / science / cinematic styles).
Advanced Photoshop knowledge (retouching, composition, lighting effects).
Long-term availability and punctual delivery.
