Product Catalog Redesign

I need a skilled graphic designer to update and redesign a product catalog. The source files are two separate catalogs in PDF/image format.

Requirements:
- One catalog is the original product catalog, the other has correct company info and branding.
- Update branding and company information to match the second catalog.
- New catalog should match the style of the second catalog.
- Product descriptions and images from the original catalog should remain unchanged.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Experience in catalog design and layout
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to match existing styles and incorporate new branding
