Poster Designer Needed for Premium Luxury / Streetwear / Motivational Art Collection (Original Work Only, No AI)
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
We are building a premium commercial poster collection for online sale under the artist brand Cassian Vane and are looking for a professional graphic designer with a strong poster portfolio.
This is not a one-off design job. The goal is to find one main designer for an ongoing collection of original posters that can be sold commercially.
Creative Direction
The visual direction combines:
• luxury art
• dark premium aesthetics
• streetwear / youth culture
• motivational poster design
• cyberpunk influence
• fashion / editorial energy
• gallery-grade composition
Target buyers:
• teens
• young adults
• gift buyers
• both male and female audiences
Reference direction includes premium contemporary poster brands/artists such as Criss Bellini, but all final work must be original, exclusive, and non-infringing. We are not looking for copies, traced compositions, or derivative commercial work.
Styles We Want
Premium, bold, visually striking poster design with strong composition and typography where appropriate.
The work should feel commercially strong enough for wall art buyers, modern enough for younger audiences, and polished enough to sit within a premium artist brand.
Styles We Do Not Want
Do not apply if your style is based on:
• generic AI-looking artwork
• cheap Canva-style layouts
• cluttered compositions
• childish typography
• low-effort stock-image collages
• copied artist styles
• reused marketplace templates
• copyrighted or unlicensed material
Brand Identity
This collection will be released under the artist brand Cassian Vane.
The selected designer should be comfortable designing within a premium artist-brand framework, including subtle signature/branding placement where appropriate.
For approved designs, we may require:
• a signed version with subtle Cassian Vane branding/signature
• a clean version without signature
Scope of Work
This project will begin with a paid test phase of 5 posters.
If the test phase is successful, the selected designer will continue with the larger collection in batches of 20 posters.
Estimated full scope:
• paid test phase: 5 posters
• batch work after approval: 20 posters per batch
• total collection target: 50–60 posters
Poster Types
Some posters may be purely visual.
Some may include short text, slogans, or motivational wording.
Designer must be comfortable with both artwork-led and typography-led poster design.
Formats and Deliverables
Posters will be prepared for A3, A2, and A1 sizing.
Designer must provide:
• editable source files (AI or PSD)
• high-resolution exports
• PNG/JPG at 300 DPI
• print-ready PDF where needed
• clean, well-structured files suitable for commercial print production
• commercially safe fonts, assets, and design elements only
AI Policy
No AI-generated final artwork.
Do not apply if your process depends on Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Canva AI, generative fill, or similar tools for producing the main design work.
We want real graphic design, composition, typography, and original visual development.
Timeline
• Test phase: immediate start
• Remaining bulk work: approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on agreed delivery pace and quality
Revisions
• 2 revision rounds per poster
• only approved designs move into the bulk phase
• completion of the paid test phase does not guarantee award of the full bulk project
Rights and Commercial Terms
By applying, you confirm that:
• all work will be original
• no copyright infringement will be involved
• no unlicensed assets will be used
• no direct copying of reference artists/brands will be done
• full commercial usage rights can be transferred upon final payment
