Portrait Light Correction ASAP

I have a single portrait that came out darker than hoped, and I need it brightened up right away. The goal is an overall light correction—subtle, natural-looking work that lifts the exposure uniformly without washing out skin tones or introducing noise.

Please work non-destructively (Photoshop or Lightroom is fine) and return the retouched file in the original resolution along with a flattened JPEG ready for web and print. If you can deliver within the next few hours, even better—speed is a priority.
