Portrait Background Removal -- 2

I have a series of portrait shots that need to be isolated cleanly from their current backgrounds. Your task is straightforward yet detail-critical: use Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom—Capture One is fine if that is your preferred workflow—to remove each background while preserving every hair edge and subtle contour of the subject.

The source files arrive as high-resolution RAW or 16-bit TIFF, and I will supply reference JPEGs so you can match the crop and exposure. When you return the work, I need two files per image:

1. A layered PSD (or equivalent) with a non-destructive mask so I can make tweaks myself if necessary.
2. A flattened PNG on a transparent background, 300 dpi, sRGB.

Please keep all facial features, skin texture, and natural shadows intact; no smoothing or color work is required beyond what is needed to integrate a clean mask. Consistency across the full set is key—I often composite these portraits onto various brand backdrops, so any haloing or color spill will stand out.

Let me know how many images you can comfortably turn around in a 24-hour window and include a quick note about the masking tools or techniques you prefer (Select and Mask, Pen Tool, channel separations, etc.). I will share a test file as soon as we agree on timing.
