Photoshop expert to fix images - bulk work for right person

I have a small batch of fewer photos that need professional post-production in Adobe Photoshop. The work ranges from subtle colour and exposure balancing through to precise background clean-ups and the occasional blemish retouch; every file must come back polished yet natural.
You’ll receive high-resolution JPEGs (and the occasional RAW) together with a reference image that shows the overall aesthetic I want. Non-destructive editing is essential, so please keep layers intact, named, and logically grouped. Finished files should be returned both as layered PSDs and web-ready JPEGs, delivered via Google Drive or Dropbox within two days of download confirmation.
If this initial set meets the quality bar, a steady stream of larger batches will follow. Consistency, clear communication, and respect for deadlines will weigh heavily when I decide who becomes my long-term editing partner.
