Photoshop Text Replacement Needed

I have a single image that needs its on-image text swapped out completely. Nothing else in the photo requires adjustment—no colour tweaks, no object removal—just a clean, convincing replacement of the existing wording so the final message reads entirely differently while matching the original font, size and placement.

Please work non-destructively in Photoshop (layered PSD) so I can review the editable text layer, then export a high-resolution JPEG/PNG for everyday use. Accuracy in font matching, kerning and alignment is key; the finished piece should look as though the new copy was always there.

Send back:
• Layered PSD with the editable text layer
• Final flattened image in the original resolution
