Photoshop Portrait Enhancing

I need help with Photoshop to create and edit portraits.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong eye for detail in retouching
- Experience in portrait editing
- Ability to enhance and change image features

I need the following things done:
Take an image I provide.
1) airbrush the image first image ($$$$ Sar1a edited) and take out the watermark & size stamp.
2) change her hair to be the color of the 'WOMAN With the gold ' image.
3) Use the hair color from 00 enchanting woman3 to update the first image.

So there will be 2 final images. One with blonde gold hair and the other with more reddish gold hair. Both images should be airbrushed to make her look more sleek. Please keep the symbols on her head.
