Photoshop Logo Design for Print

I need a clean, memorable logo created directly in Adobe Photoshop for a print campaign. Because every piece will go to press, the file has to be set up in CMYK at 300 dpi, with all layers intact so minor text tweaks remain easy later.

Deliverables
• Layered PSD of the final logo (CMYK, 300 dpi)
• High-resolution PNG
