Photoshop Arm Adjustment Needed

I need a skilled photo editor to make two subtle but important changes to a single portrait of me:
• Move my arm so it hangs naturally down by my side.
• Slim my overall silhouette just enough to look naturally thinner.
I don’t have a reference shot for the arm position, so you’ll need to judge the angle and proportions yourself, blending shadows and fabric folds so everything looks realistic. Skin tone, lighting and background must stay consistent, with no obvious signs of manipulation.
