Photobomber Removal & Seamless Retouch

I have a single image where an unwanted person appears in the background. I need that individual removed cleanly and the empty space rebuilt so it looks as though they were never there—the background should remain exactly as it is, with no obvious cloning lines, color mismatches, or texture repeats.
