Photo Text Removal & Replacement

I have a single image that’s almost perfect, except for a few letters and numbers that need to disappear. Once those are gone, I’d like new characters inserted in their place so they look like they were there all along—matched perspective, lighting, texture, and sharpness.

Please work non-destructively in Photoshop (or equivalent) and give me:
• a high-resolution flattened version ready to share, and
• a layered file so I can tweak the text later if necessary.

Everything else in the photo stays exactly as is; only the specified lettering changes. A quick, clean turnaround is appreciated.
