Photo Manipulation Expert Needed

I need an Photoshop artist to modify a simple celebration photo containing three people.

Requirements:
- Remove the first male person in white (on the left) from the image.
- Flip the orientation of the female while keeping the tall male's position to have them in each other's arms.
- Adjust the lighting for better balance.
