Photo Edit: photoshop an image

I need a photo edited to make it look like someone is holding a piece of paper with a date on it.

The photo of the person is provided.

Requirements:
- Add a piece of paper to the image.
- The date on the paper should be handwritten in block letters.
The image is a selfie taken in the mirror so the sign will need to be reversed so the writing is backwards otherwise it will look fake. It needs to look as real as possible.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop).
- Experience with realistic image manipulation.
- Good typography skills for block letters.
