Photo Culling and Color Grading

I need help with culling and color grading photos for my photography business.
Requirements:
- Experience in photo culling and color grading
- Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow color grading styles, and preset settings
Ideal Skills:
- Photography background
- Strong color theory knowledge
- Efficient workflow to handle volume
On average I have anywhere between 5 sessions a month that I would need help color grading and culling. Majority being family sessions, seniors, or events.
