Photo Background & Video Audio Fix

I have two small but important touch-ups that need a quick, professional turnaround. First, I need the backgrounds cleanly removed from a batch of product photos so they sit perfectly on white or transparent backdrops without halos or color bleed. Second, I have several short videos whose dialogue and music levels fluctuate; I simply need the volume balanced so voices stay clear and consistent from start to finish.

Please work non-destructively so I can request tweaks if required. Deliver the photos as high-resolution PNGs (transparent) and JPEGs (white background), and return the videos in the same resolution and codec they arrived in, just with the balanced audio baked in.
