Person Add & Background Revamp

I have a high-resolution photo that needs two precise edits: first, a seamless addition of one person so it looks as if they were in the original shot; second, a full background “perfection” pass—think subtle clean-up, lighting balance, and anything else required to make the new composition feel absolutely natural. Please work nondestructively in Photoshop (layers intact) and supply both the layered PSD and a print-ready JPG once complete.
