Job Overview:
I'm looking for a creative and reliable Part-Time Photo & Video Editor to help bring my travel-focused content to life across Instagram and YouTube Shorts, with occasional content from fashion, fitness, and e-commerce projects.
You’ll be editing high-quality visuals that reflect a premium, aspirational lifestyle — mainly short-form Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram photo posts. If you love telling stories through visuals, follow social media trends, and can create visually captivating content, I’d love to work with you!
Content Types You'll Be Working On:
Travel vlogs and cinematic Reels
Short-form videos (Reels & Shorts) showcasing travel destinations, fashion looks, fitness clips, and products
Lifestyle photo edits for Instagram (travel, fashion, fitness, product flat-lays, etc.)
Occasional editing for e-commerce product visuals (photo and video)
Your Responsibilities:
Video Editing (Main Priority)
Edit engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (10–60 seconds)
Add cinematic transitions, motion effects, music, captions, and sound sync
Apply color grading and styling to match a consistent aesthetic
Trim and edit raw travel clips into captivating stories
Occasionally edit fashion lookbooks, fitness reels, or product demo clips
Photo Editing
Edit lifestyle and travel photos for Instagram (retouching, lighting, filters, color correction)
Maintain a consistent, aesthetic Instagram grid
Design basic branded graphics or carousel posts (optional)
Ideal Candidate Has:
Proven experience editing for travel, lifestyle, or fashion influencers/brands
Strong portfolio of Reels, Shorts, and photo edits (especially travel content)
Proficiency with:
Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Canva (if needed)
Knowledge of trending video formats and audio styles for Instagram & YouTube
Eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling through visuals
Ability to meet weekly content deadlines and communicate reliably
Job Details:
Position: Part-Time (Remote)
Hours: 15–20 hours per week
Duration: Long-term (with potential for more hours)
Communication: WhatsApp / Email / Zoom check-ins
Content Flow: I’ll provide raw footage/photos and creative direction weekly
