Part-Time US Design VA

I run several small projects that regularly need polished visuals and day-to-day admin help, and I’m ready to bring on a flexible, part-time virtual assistant located in the United States. The creative side of the role is the priority: you’ll be the first stop whenever I need on-brand social graphics, clean slide decks, or quick layout tweaks. Canva is our go-to for speed, while Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign come into play for more advanced edits—so being equally comfortable in both environments is essential.

Core creative deliverables
• Social-ready graphics (static or short animated posts)
• Presentation decks that follow brand guidelines

Beyond design, I’ll rely on you for assorted VA tasks—calendar adjustments, simple research, light email follow-up—nothing highly technical, just the things that keep work moving.
