Order in Chaos Photoshop Edit

I have a single photograph that needs to embody the concept of “Order in Chaos.” The direction I’d like to explore is a long-exposure treatment that draws deliberate, almost architectural light trails across the frame. The long exposure should be the defining visual element, clearly emphasizing structured lines of motion that read as order emerging from an otherwise turbulent scene.

The area I need your creative input on is the type of light trails themselves. Whether vehicle streaks, neon-sign ribbons, or star trails will best articulate the theme is something I’m open to discussing. I’m counting on your guidance to recommend—and execute—the most compelling option for the source image we’ll be working with.

Please keep the editing workflow entirely in Adobe Photoshop so I can review and tweak individual layers afterward.
