Online Data Entry & Graphics
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need help on two fronts, with data entry from online sources being the immediate priority and a small batch of social-media graphics following close behind.
Data entry scope:
• Locate specified information on a list of websites I provide.
• Capture text, key numbers, and one image per entry when available.
• Enter all findings into the Google Sheet template I share, keeping formatting intact and links clickable.
• Spot-check for duplicates or broken URLs before marking each row complete.
Social-media graphics scope:
Once the first round of data entry is underway, I’ll supply copy snippets and brand colours. I’ll then need 5 clean, scroll-stopping posts (static PNGs) sized for Instagram and Facebook. Feel free to use Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop—whatever lets you keep fonts sharp and layers editable for any tweaks.
Timeline & workflow:
1. Begin with a sample of 20 rows so we can confirm structure and accuracy.
2. Move on to the full list (roughly 300 rows) once approved.
3. Deliver the graphics in a shared folder, naming each file clearly for easy scheduling.
Clear communication, organised file handling, and an eye for consistency will make this run smoothly. If you’re comfortable juggling both tasks—and can start right away—let’s talk details and get moving.
