We need a graphical artist for various task in our company, therefore its important that you have the skill of actually drawing in the physical world. The tasks will be various such as retracing for vector, book illustrations, logo making and creation of featured images for articles.
You will also need to be able to use AI like Nano Banana and then make small edits in photshop or similar.
