One-Click Glass Effect Photoshop action or plugin

Description:
I am looking for a skilled Photoshop artist/developer who can create a one-click Photoshop Action or Plugin that transforms any imported image into a realistic glass effect, similar to the sample image attached.

The goal is that once I load an image into Photoshop and run the action/plugin, the image should automatically get a glossy, reflective, and embossed glass-like look without needing manual adjustments every time.

Requirements:
