Notebook Notes PDF Conversion

I have a stack of handwritten notebook pages that I need turned into a clean, professional-looking PDF. The raw material will arrive as high-resolution scans or photos of each notebook page. Please arrange several of these pages on every PDF page rather than keeping a strict one-to-one layout—this keeps the final file compact and easy to browse.
While building the document, I need two visual enhancements applied:
• Text clean-up and alignment so the handwriting sits straight and evenly within each frame.
• Color correction that removes shadows and yellowing while preserving ink clarity.
The finished PDF should open crisply on any device, with page order preserved from the original notebook. Deliver the final file plus the working source (Photoshop, Acrobat, or similar) so I can tweak things later if needed.
