New Yorker-Style Engagement Cover

I’d like my brother’s favourite engagement photo transformed into a realistic illustration that looks exactly like a classic New Yorker magazine cover. I’ll supply the reference photo you can work from as the backdrop, and I want the finished piece to include the authentic-looking New Yorker header, issue date (wedding date- June 21, 2025), price tag ($7.13).

Because I’m printing this as a 1000 piece puzzle that’s poster size so I need an image in a format that lets me resize without quality loss. Please give me:
