Natural Portrait Retouching & Sharpening

I have a batch of portrait images that need a careful, professional touch. The goal is to smooth skin and enhance overall detail while keeping each person looking completely authentic—no over-airbrushed or plastic results. In addition, I want the final shots to feel a little crisper, so controlled sharpening is essential.
Please work non-destructively in Photoshop or a comparable editor and return:
• High-resolution, layered files (PSD or TIFF) showing the retouch workflow
• Web-ready JPEGs in sRGB, matched to the originals’ dimensions
Acceptance criteria: natural skin texture preserved, color left as captured, and sharpness balanced without haloing or noise. If this sounds straightforward, let’s get started—I’ll supply the files as soon as you’re ready.
