NGO Event Poster - Respect India
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,000 INR
I’m commissioning a single, eye-catching poster for our NGO’s upcoming “Raj Kapoor Centenary Celebration.” The sole purpose is to attract as many attendees as possible, so the design must instantly communicate why this tribute matters and why people should be there.
Tone & look
• Informative and engaging rather than solemn—think vibrant visuals, concise copy blocks, and a clear call-to-action.
• The piece should balance cinematic nostalgia with a modern event feel; you can draw inspiration from classic Bollywood artwork but keep the layout clean and contemporary.
Specs & deliverables
• One master A4 size, Landscape.
• Scaled social-media versions (Instagram square + Story, Facebook banner).
• Layered source file (PSD or AI) with all fonts either outlined or included.
• Exported PDFs and PNGs.
Workflow
I’ll provide the event schedule, logo, and any archival photos I’m allowed to use. You’ll share an initial concept, I’ll return one round of consolidated feedback, and you’ll supply final files once approved.
