Music Event Social Graphic Expert

Photoshop Batch Export Project

I need a Photoshop expert to help batch create and export social graphics for a music/event schedule.

I already have:
A master Photoshop file with TWO artboards/templates:
4x5 Instagram format
9x16 Story/Reel format
A full list of artist names, dates, and times

Your job:
Open the master PSD
Update the artist name, date, and time on BOTH templates for each artist
Export high-quality JPGs for each version
Organize exports into folders by DAY, then ARTIST NAME

There are:
57 artists total
Required folder structure:
DAY > ARTIST NAME > Artist Name 9x16.jpg
DAY > ARTIST NAME > Artist Name 4x5.jpg
Example:
Friday > Tori Rose >
Tori Rose 9x16.jpg
Tori Rose 4x5.jpg

Requirements:
Strong Photoshop experience
Experience working with artboards and batch exports
Attention to detail and spelling accuracy is VERY important
Must keep formatting/design perfectly consistent
Fast turnaround preferred
