Modern Football Jersey Print Files

I have three football jersey concepts sketched out and I now need each one turned into production-ready artwork. The look must match the visual concept provided for each jersey, including the "engraved" ashter lion and patterns.

For every jersey I need two files:
• A high-resolution PDF ready to feed straight into the printing machine.
• A fully layered Photoshop (PSD) file so we can make last-minute tweaks if required.

Each design must incorporate the following without compromise: team logo (Iraq with one star on top), sponsor logos in their correct proportions, plus the unique patterns/graphics that define each concept. Please keep outlines crisp, alignments precise and colours perfectly matched to the concept design—these pieces will go straight to print, so accuracy is critical. There is a chance you might not get the exact colour right, so please includes a measurements and details in the pdf so i can make changes on my end if needed.
